ASSAM PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION

The state government has issued appointment letters to the candidates as recommended by Assam Public Service Commission based on so called open competitive examination "Combined Competitive Examination 2013" .
But there are few questions which are yet to be answered.
1)WHERE IS THE ENQUIRY COMMISSION ? I READ IN NEWS PAPERS THAT OUR CM WAS TO FORM A COMMISSION UNDER A RETIRED JUDGE TO ENQUIRE THE ALLEGATIONS AGAINST APSC.
2)WHY THIS HASTINESS ? WHILE SOME CASES ARE STILL PENDING WITH OUR HONOURABLE HIGH COURT THE GOVERNMENT IS SHOWING THAT IT HAS NO ANY MORAL OBLIGATION TO THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM. I KNOW THAT EXECUTIVES ARE INDEPENDENT OF JUDICIARY AND VICE VERSA BUT ONE SHOULD RESPECT THE OTHER AS PARTS OF THE SAME SYSTEM. IT IS NOT LIKE THAT IT WILL TAKE SEVERAL DECADES TO SETTLE THE CASE.....WHY GOVERNMENT CANNOT WAIT FOR FEW MONTHS ??? THIS IS A BIG QUESTION...
3)NOT ONLY CCE 2013 WE WANT CBI LEVEL ENQUIRE OF ALL EXAMINATIONS CONDUCTED BY APSC UNDER THE CHAIRMANSHIP OF MR R PAUL.
4)CBI LEVEL ENQUIRE OF PROPERTY WEALTH DETAILS OF ALL THE OFFICIALS OF THE COMMISSION.

Now we have only one option-THE JUDICIARY....It is upon the honourable Guwahati High Court to deliver justice to the deprived ones.

TRUE JUSTICE IS BLIND IT IS  UNBIASED. WE WANT JUSTICE. WE DEMAND JUSTICE.

THE MOST CONTROVERSIAL EXAM OF THE YEAR

The Assam Public Service Commission has created history. The people of the state came into roads to protest against the corruption and injustice. The vigilance commission has found disparities in income and wealth of certain officials of the commission. The commission has used wrong answer keys to evaluate the OMR sheets of preliminary examination and it consequently adversely affect the selection process. The only solution to the problem is to scrap the whole examination. But surely govt will not do it and why.....The answer of this "why" is known to everyone. The only option for the deprived ones is to approach court of law. It is sure that if we approach honourable supreme court the whole exam will be scrapped.

Appointment of ACS and Allied services.

A new drama...even after public protest Tarun Gogoi led Congress govt has started the process of appointment of ACS and allied services based on the recommendation of APSC. Some important questions before the people of our state are
1) Is there any personal interest of CM?
2)In 2013  preliminary examination the answer keys contained many errors. Is it not enough to to show the incapability of the current chairman and members?
3)What about the future of the administration of the state?
But we still keep faith in our judicial system. Mr Akhil Gogoi and his team filed PIL (48/2015). Due to some problems in the High Court the case has been delaying. But very soon honourable CJ Mr Rao will deliver justice. Another case no WP(C) 4476/2015 with honourable justice BK Sharma. There are few other cases also. Another big question is the leakage of question papers. A candidate got some evidences in document form. It will be enough to scrap CCE 2013. Friends come forward and help us to fight against corruption and injustice.
